Meet Tim Stiff

“Trends come and go. Thoughtful design lasts.” – Timothy Stiff

Tim Stiff is a kitchen and bath designer at Allura Bath & Kitchen, specializing in kitchen design, bathroom remodeling, space planning, and custom cabinetry. With years of hands-on experience in the kitchen and bath industry, Tim combines creative design with a practical understanding of construction, cabinetry, materials, and how a space needs to function in everyday life.

His approach to design started long before it became a career. Growing up in a military family in Delaware, Tim developed an early interest in sketching, color, building, and figuring out how things fit together. After studying technical drafting at Delcastle Technical High School, he continued building his experience in the home improvement and kitchen and bath industries.

But becoming a husband and father helped shape the way Tim thinks about design.

Growing up, many family dinners were spent in front of the TV — everyone in the same room, but not really connecting. The kitchen wasn't a place to gather; it was simply a space to pass through.

That experience stayed with him.

Today, Tim's own family gathers in the kitchen every night to cook, eat, clean up, and talk about their day. It's a space that supports real life — where conversations happen naturally and memories are made without trying.

That perspective guides every project he takes on.

Tim focuses on smart layouts, efficient storage, quality materials, custom cabinetry, and durable finishes to create kitchens and bathrooms that are as functional as they are beautiful. His goal is not simply to create a space that looks good on day one, but to design something that continues to work for the people living in it for years to come.

Rather than chasing every new trend, Tim helps homeowners make thoughtful decisions about their homes — creating timeless kitchens, functional bathrooms, and well-designed spaces that fit the way they actually live.

For Tim, great design isn't just about appearance. It's about creating spaces that support daily routines, bring people together, and add long-term value to the home.
